摇摆斜臂

基于准则的高新技术

拧紧和连接工艺的自动化遵循一个基本目标:快速、经济高效而又可靠地完成装配任务。WEBER 将这一基本理念贯穿到其所有设备和系统的准则中。“WEBER 准则”的根基在于包括全自动输料系统在内的工艺安全的拧紧系统。无论是稳定耐用的手持式拧紧系统,还是可多样化设置的固定式拧紧系统均遵循这一准则。传感器、控制器和驱动器均为该原则作出了补充,确保设备能够根据不同客户获得优化。

摇摆斜臂将第一个螺钉吹送到拧紧机头的夹爪内。

螺丝刀头向螺钉移动,将摇摆斜臂推至侧旁的停驻位置上。

第 3步

在螺丝刀头旋紧连接元件的过程中,下一个螺钉已在摇摆斜臂内锁定。

第 4步

拧紧作业完成后,螺丝刀头缩回,已退至原始位置的摇摆斜臂重新启用。
